TikTok Gifter Level Chart: How Many Coins to Reach Level 50
Updated: 18/10/2026
Reaching TikTok gifter level 50 takes about 97,500,000 coins spent on gifts, according to the public tables that compile the programme's thresholds. At TikTok's official US web rate that's close to $1,014,000. The early levels are cheap (level 10 needs about 530 coins), but the curve shoots up from level 25 onwards.
Quick summary
- Your gifter level rises with the coins you spend on gifts, not the coins sitting in your balance.
- Level 10 ≈ 530 coins; level 25 ≈ 144,000; level 50 ≈ 97.5 million.
- TikTok doesn't publish the official table: thresholds come from third-party compilations.
- It is not the same as a creator's Fan Club level.
What is a gifter level on TikTok?
It's a badge numbered from 1 to 50 that appears next to your name in LIVEs and reflects how many coins you've spent on gifts in total. It goes up as you send gifts, doesn't drop and follows you across devices. Creators use it to spot their biggest supporters.
In the app it usually shows as a small level badge next to your name in the LIVE chat, and the badge design changes with each tier. The perks are mostly cosmetic: badge, frames and entrance effects. Exact perks per level may vary; check them in the app.
How many coins do you need for each gifter level?
According to public tables from 2025–2026, level 10 needs about 530 coins in total, level 20 about 27,800, level 30 about 637,000 and level 40 about 8.78 million. Level 50 takes about 97.5 million. TikTok doesn't publish these thresholds, so treat them as a guide and check your own profile.

How much money does it take to reach level 50 on TikTok?
About 97.5 million coins, which at the US web rate comes to roughly $1,014,000, or about £761,000 at the 18/10/2026 exchange rate. Bought through the app, with its store fee, the figure would be considerably higher. Only a very small share of users ever get there.
For a sense of scale: a TikTok Universe costs 44,999 coins, so level 50 is worth more than 2,100 Universes. Individual gift prices are in the TikTok gift price list.
What counts towards your gifter level and what doesn't?
What counts is the coins you spend sending gifts, in LIVEs and, where available, on videos. Unspent coins in your balance don't count, and neither do followers or hours spent watching. Third-party tables say the level is cumulative and doesn't reset, though TikTok can change the system.
Watch out for the most common mix-up: your gifter level is global, while Fan Club level is separate for each creator and also rises through watching and commenting. Super Fan, for example, puts you straight at level 10 of that creator's Fan Club, not gifter level 10. We explain it in what TikTok Super Fan is and how much it costs.
How do you level up with CoinTok packs?
You only level up when you spend the coins on gifts, so the pack gives you the balance and the level follows as you send. Using the figures above, the 150,000-coin pack ($988) is enough to pass level 25, and the 5,000,000-coin Golden Pack ($3,290) takes you to around level 37 if you start from zero.
| Target (from zero) | Coins needed (≈) | CoinTok option | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 15 | 4,340 | 5,000 pack | $49 |
| Level 20 | 27,800 | 25,000 + 5,000 packs | $213 |
| Level 25 | 144,000 | 150,000 pack | $988 |
| Level 30 | 637,000 | 4 × 150,000 pack + 50,000 pack | $4,281 |
| Level 37 | 4,180,000 | Golden Pack 5,000,000 | $3,290 |

Is it worth spending money to level up?
It depends on why. The level is a visual recognition: it doesn't pay you or give financial perks. If your goal is supporting a creator, the level is a side effect. If it's only about the badge, think about the real cost, because from level 30 onwards you're talking thousands of dollars.
- Be wary of anyone selling "free level-ups" or high-level accounts: it breaks TikTok's rules.
- Under TikTok's policy you must be an adult to buy coins.
- Set a budget before jumping into a LIVE battle.

FAQ
Join any LIVE and post a comment: the badge with your level number appears next to your name in the chat. You can also see it by tapping your own profile inside the stream. If no badge shows up, you probably haven't sent any gifts yet or the feature isn't available in your country.
According to public tables from 2025–2026, gifter level 25 takes about 144,000 coins spent on gifts in total. At the US web rate that's roughly $1,498. TikTok doesn't publish the official table, so the exact threshold may differ; your LIVE profile is the final reference.
Your gifter level only rises by sending gifts, and gifts are paid for with coins. You can raise your Fan Club level with a creator by watching and commenting on their LIVEs, but that's a separate system. Websites promising free gifter level-ups are scams after your account.
According to third-party tables and guides, the gifter level is cumulative and doesn't drop over time. What can change is your position in a LIVE's or creator's rankings, which are calculated over set periods. TikTok can change the system, so keep an eye on in-app notices.
